One month to go! A ferry is booked from Dover to Dunkirk on 17 April, we have bought our ‘long stay’ travel insurance at http://www.staysure.co.uk/home and are in possession of a Green Card for driving in some non-EU countries. There’s breakdown cover left to organise now and some more currency to buy. We are watching daily as the GB£ fluctuates against the € and are waiting patiently for the best times to buy. We have bought a Reimo sun awning that slides on the side of our T4, rather exotically called the ‘Palm Beach’ and we continue to organise the van. There’s still a lot to think of but thanks to Mandy and Dean, the house will be occupied in our absence, meaning several less things for us to consider.
