11 May 2012: We left Kato Alissio, the wooded campsite near Patras where we had eaten our evening meal under a 1000 year old olive tree and headed east for Athens.

With a combination of Stella and directions from the internet, we found the campsite reasonably easily although we ended up making a “U” turn right in front of 4 policemen on motor bikes who ignored us and we parked up soon after lunch, found the local supermarket and settled for the afternoon and evening to plan the next day.
