Woke up on the island of Paros ready to plan our Cyclade Tour. First we sauntered around the alleyways of the town which were infinitely more lively and interesting than they were yesterday (Sunday). This is a thing called a Frankish Castle, build by the Duke of Naxos in 1260 with material from ancient buildings that originally stood on this site:
We booked a trip to Delos and Mykonos for tomorrow and planned other island hops for later in the week...watch this space! It is still early in the season here but we have heard that tourist numbers are low and there is concern that travellers are staying away because of the political situation. However 2 more tents have appeared in the campsite making a total of 3 tents and our campervan so we are not alone. We spent the afternoon chillin' on the beach.
